My name is Jhane and I'm a Location Assistant with Finding Leo Productions. We're currently in production for the narrative feature "Preparation for The Next Life". On or around April 15th, we're filming a scene on 12th St. I'm reaching out because we're currently looking for a space to rent to serve as either our crew catering and/or background holding space. We typically rent a space for 10-12 hrs, can rent outside tables/chairs if needed, and will provide a certificate of insurance. The caterers would cook the food on the trucks and set up a buffet line inside the space when ready to serve. For the background holding, we typically set up pop-up tents for the actors to change, and we set up hair and makeup stations as well.
Does the Advance Masonic Temple have space available and possibly be open to renting out to a production? If so, I would love to schedule a site visit so that I can take photos, further discuss our needs, and answer any questions you may have.
